Shipping Time

You will receive your package within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Our website has a 3pm cut-off time, meaning orders made after 3pm will be received and confirmed the next day.

Can I cancel my order?

Although we never want to see a cancellation, we are of course happy to process these for you. Please let us know right away so we can make arrangements before the order is dispatched.

My item has missing pieces, how do I get a replacement?

Our products are shipped brand new and sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control, some games will occasionally arrive with missing pieces due to manufacturing errors. If this occurs, we would recommend contacting the manufacturers directly as this is the quickest way for you to receive these pieces. If you have any issues with obtaining these pieces yourself, do not hesitate to contact us and we can try our best to assist you.

Can I change the address on my order?

Yes, we will gladly update this for you before it is dispatched. If you wish to change your order address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! If you’re unable to place an order online, please just give us a call at +6309271475264  to speak to a customer service advisor who will help place your order.

How do I find my order details?

Details for your order can be found under the  My Account section of the website, or you can see details in the Order Confirmation emailed to you at the point of purchase.

How do I know if my payment went through?

When in doubt, check your email. If your payment successfully went through, you should have received an Order Acknowledgement email. If you can't find this email in your inbox, you might want to check your spam folder, just in case.

If you didn't get an Order Acknowledgement email, chances are your payment did not go through successfully. Email us and we'll help you sort it out.

When can I expect delivery?

Why is the delivery of my order delayed?

Sometimes, there's a slight delay due to a high volume of orders—we usually post a notice in case you might need to wait a bit longer for your package. Feel free to email us at alltoys.marketing@gmail.com  if you'd like to follow up on your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within Metro Manila.

If you have friends or family who live in Metro Manila, you can ask them to place an order for you so they can personally ship it to your international address. 

What is your return policy? 

This rarely happens, but in the unlikely event that you have received a defective product, extra product, or wrong item or package, please do not dispose of them or give them away. Product returns and retrievals will be requested by our Customer Service Team. Items that are part of a set or come in a bundle must be returned as a complete set (any accessories included).

Return & Exchange Policy

For a Return or Exchange, all products must be unused, in their original packaging with complete accessories and attached price tag, in resalable condition, and with the original receipt.

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges without the original receipt. However, we only accept replacement of items seven (7) days from the date of purchase and only with items of similar or higher value.

Kindly note that the return/exchange of intimate apparel or merchandise considered generally hygienic (e.g., make-up, underwear, socks, stockings, earrings, etc.) will not be accepted at any of our branches for any reason. For consumable goods, only sealed or unused can be requested for return/exchange.

In addition, we would like to advise you that the following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):

1. A sudden change of mind

2. Defects caused by mishandling or misuse of items by customer

3. Discovery of the lower prices of the same item from another store

Return and exchange shall be subject to the store policy where the item was purchased. Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with a higher value than the original item must be paid. The customer waives any excess amount if the item chosen for exchange has a lower value than the original item.

Present a copy of your original receipt along with your item. If valid for return, a customer credit voucher shall be issued by the store, which can be used to purchase from the AllToys branch.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:AllToys,  2F Evia Lifestyle Center, Daanghari Road Almanza dos, Las Pinas CityWe cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
